After hiking through Red Canyon in the morning, we drove about 90 minutes to Kodachrome State Park, something Utah decided to keep for itself.
Like much of Utah's south, Kodachrome has magnificent canyons and great sights. There are several defined hikes in the park and we hiked the Angel's Palace Trail. Once again, I thought it would be an easy, level trail through the canyon, it wasn't. Well, we made it climbing up through the canyon, over boulders, and steep cuts in the walls. An accomplishment that made the views even more spectacular.

The start of Angel's Palace Trail. Little did we know |
We are climbing to the top of that and we started down there!?! |

More climbing. |
Okay, starting to get a good view. |
|
We started down there? |
I told you I could make it. |

To infinity and beyond! |
